A Happy and Healthy New Year

Hard to believe it was ten years ago when the world awaited Y2K. What will you accomplish in the next ten years? This year you will plant the seeds for what will flourish in 2020! Experts say that at this time in history we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We have more medicine, but less wellness.

At Electric Impulse Communications we wish you extensive understanding, wider viewpoints and much wellness.

As the New Year begins, think about doing a deed for you and for others. Remember, your time given to a non profit doesn't cost you a cent. Then again, charities need your time and your money. Whether it is an animal charity, heart, children or health, it will improve your own health to give . . . something.

A Profitable New Year

Recently, a young attorney sat in my office and said to me, "I am not a salesperson". To have a profitable New Year, I wish you the understanding that regardless of your profession, you are in sales. The sale of an idea, a promotion, or your own credibility. In 2010, marketing your own value will be your number one challenge.

We Said Good-Bye

In 2009 we said good bye to so many: Ted Kennedy, Farrah Fawcett, Walter Cronkite, Dom Deluise, Patrick Swayzee, Paul Harvey, Mary Travers, Karl Malden, Michael Jackson, and Akron's Jodi Lowry. It seems as though we are supposed to learn something from death, especially pre mature. I don't know what it is. In a touching eulogy, Rabbi Mendy Sasonkin said, "people ask why. There is no good reason."

A safe, happy, healthy, thoughtful, prosperous on all levels, New Year.
