How does the coaching program work?

You and I reach a mutual decision as to whether we’re a good match. If we are then we look at which program is right for you. We begin with my studying your current situation, expectations, and fundamental value propositions. We’ll discuss your goals and determine the expected outcomes.

After we agree that we are a good match, you will create objectives which outline key initiatives, strategies and time lines for achieving your goals.

Your one-on-one coaching experience will be tailor-made for your goals and objectives.

You’ll meet/talk/communicate with me on a regularly scheduled basis. You can call me daily, weekly, or any schedule that you prefer. The frequency and style are up to you.
