As I have mentioned, March 2020 was the worst time in history to publish a book. A great time to write a book but a terrible time to publish a book!
HorseTalk: Lessons in Leadership is a book about both horses and leadership. This Corona crisis is a story about leadership. There is a story in the book about the team having to take the consequence, or punishment when one individual breaks a rule. Why does the whole team have to suffer the consequence of standing on one foot? Because they are a TEAM: succeed together and fail together.
